Can video coaching help pharmacists overcome vaccine hesitancy?

NCT ID NCT05926544

Summary

This study tested whether giving rural pharmacists video coaching helps them better counsel patients who are hesitant about COVID-19 vaccines, compared to just giving them standard training materials. Researchers worked with 16 pharmacies in rural areas to see if the coaching improved how well pharmacists could have these sensitive conversations. The goal was to learn which approach works better for supporting pharmacists in increasing vaccine acceptance in their communities.
