Scientists track pandemic drinking: how has stress changed our habits?
NCT ID NCT04391816
Summary
This study aims to understand how the stress and isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic have affected people's alcohol use and related problems over time. Researchers will follow 1,500 participants for two years, asking them to complete regular surveys about their drinking, stress levels, and overall health. The goal is to gather information, not to test a treatment, to learn how major life events influence alcohol use.
