Summary
This study used a special type of MRI (called hyperpolarized 129Xe MRI) to look at lung structure and function in 42 adults who had recovered from mild, moderate, or severe COVID-19. The goal was to understand how the virus affects breathing over time. Participants were scanned at the start and again after 6 months to track any changes.
