Head-to-Head: which COVID-19 booster works best?
NCT ID NCT05658523
Summary
This study is comparing two different types of COVID-19 vaccines given as a fourth dose (booster shot) in healthy adults in Australia. About 500 participants who have already had three vaccine doses will receive either the Moderna mRNA vaccine or the Novavax protein-based vaccine. Researchers will measure how well each vaccine boosts the immune system and track any side effects over 30 months.
