Summary
This study tests two different COVID-19 booster vaccines—Moderna's bivalent mRNA and Novavax's protein-based—in 496 healthy adults who have already had three doses. The goal is to see which booster produces a stronger immune response and causes fewer side effects. Participants will be followed for up to 30 months to track antibody levels and safety.
