Summary
This study aimed to understand how many adults in North Carolina developed antibodies to the COVID-19 virus over time. Researchers followed 643 healthy adults for one year, drawing their blood five times to check for antibodies and having them complete weekly symptom surveys. The goal was to gather data on virus exposure and immunity to help inform public health responses to the pandemic.
