This study aimed to find out how many healthy adults in central North Carolina had been exposed to COVID-19 by testing their blood for antibodies over one year. Participants were 643 adults aged 18 and older who did not have COVID-19 at the start. They provided blood samples and completed weekly surveys about symptoms.
