Summary

This study looks at whether sending caring text messages to stressed or distressed veterans and service members can reduce their emotional pain and lower suicide risk. Over 500 participants will receive either caring texts plus helpful resources, or just the resources alone. The goal is to see if simple, supportive messages can make a difference in how they feel.
