Summary

This study aims to understand if learning about well-being through a meditation app can positively impact individuals and their romantic relationships. Researchers will enroll 2,000 couples where one partner experiences symptoms of depression. One partner will use the app while the other does not, and both will complete surveys about their mood, relationship satisfaction, and mindfulness over time.
