Summary

This study tested a digital health program designed to help male couples in the U.S. work together to prevent HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Over 16 months, 778 men in relationships used an online toolkit to create and follow personalized prevention plans and agreements. The goal was to see if this couples-based approach could reduce new infections and improve relationship communication around health.
