Summary

This study looks at whether eating cottonseed oil just three times a week can improve cholesterol and other heart health markers in people who are overweight or have high cholesterol. Participants will drink meal replacement shakes with or without cottonseed oil for 56 days and have blood tests. The goal is to see if a lower dose works as well as daily use.
