Summary
This study is testing whether eating cottonseed oil three times a week can improve cholesterol levels and other markers linked to heart disease. Researchers will enroll 75 adults who are overweight or have high cholesterol. Participants will consume special shakes with different amounts of the oil for 56 days to see if it provides benefits similar to daily use.
