Summary

This study is for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. It tests whether giving immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab) at the same time or right after targeted radiation is safe. The goal is to find the best radiation dose for different tumor locations. About 78 adults will take part.
