Summary

This study tests a supplement called Cornfit™, made from corn silk, to see if it helps reduce body fat and manage weight in adults who are overweight or obese. One hundred participants will take either Cornfit™ or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in body fat using a special scan (DEXA).
