Summary

This study looked at two different exercise programs—core strengthening and movement awareness training—to see which one helps children with diplegic cerebral palsy improve their balance. Thirty-two children aged 4 to 8 took part in 12 weeks of therapy. The goal was to find out which approach works best for helping them stand, sit, and move more steadily.
