Summary

This study tested if watching videos of movements (action observation therapy) could improve balance, walking, and thinking in 46 children with diplegic cerebral palsy, compared to standard physical therapy. Kids aged 5 to 11 who could follow instructions and walk participated. The goal was to see if this simple, low-cost approach could help them move and function better in daily life.
