Summary

This study is testing whether adding core muscle training to standard cardiac rehabilitation exercises helps people recover better from a heart attack or heart failure. It will compare three different exercise programs over eight weeks in 60 stable patients. The main goal is to see if core training is safe and practical, and if it improves fitness, strength, balance, and quality of life.
