Summary

This study tests whether adding core muscle exercises to regular training helps amateur soccer players jump higher, run faster, and improve agility and balance. Forty licensed players aged 18–35 will either do core training three times a week for eight weeks or stick with their usual routine. Researchers will measure changes in jumping, speed, agility, balance, and core endurance.
