This study compares two types of core exercises—hypopressive training and transversus abdominis focused training—to see which better reduces urinary incontinence and improves pelvic floor function and quality of life in women after childbirth. Sixty women who had a normal vaginal delivery and experience stress urinary incontinence will participate in a 6-week program.
