Summary
This study looked at whether adding core stabilization exercises to regular training helps children and teens (ages 9-17) who play underwater rugby. Thirty participants were split into two groups: one did core exercises for 6 weeks, the other did not. Researchers measured trunk muscle endurance, breathing function, and quality of life before and after the program. The goal was to see if core training improves these areas in young athletes.
