Summary
This study looked at whether a 6-week core stabilization exercise program could improve trunk muscle endurance, breathing function, and quality of life in children and teens (ages 9-17) who play underwater rugby. Thirty participants were split into two groups: one did core exercises plus regular training, while the other only did regular training. Researchers measured muscle endurance, lung function, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and quality of life before and after the program.
