Summary

This study looks at whether doing core muscle exercises along with standard pelvic floor therapy helps people with urinary incontinence more than pelvic floor exercises alone. Fifty adults with stress or mixed incontinence will take part in a 12-week program. Researchers will measure changes in leakage, muscle function, and quality of life.
