Summary

This study looks at whether combining core-based movement exercises with nutritional counseling can reduce stress, improve cholesterol levels, and ease constipation in overweight women with functional constipation. Sixty women will be split into two groups: one gets both exercise and diet advice, the other gets diet advice alone. The trial measures changes in stress hormones, cholesterol, stool consistency, sleep quality, and quality of life over 8 weeks.
