Summary

This study tested whether a daily cordyceps mushroom supplement could improve exercise performance and recovery in healthy, active adults. Thirty-two participants took either the supplement or a placebo for about four weeks. Researchers measured changes in cycling endurance, fitness levels, gut health, mood, and recovery markers.
