Summary
This program provides access to umbilical cord blood infusions for children and young adults (under 26) with brain injuries like cerebral palsy, stroke, or oxygen deprivation. The goal is to use cells from stored cord blood to help the body repair existing brain damage. Participants receive the infusion without chemotherapy and are monitored for safety.
