Summary
This study looked at two ways of doing the Copenhagen exercise—a move that strengthens the inner thigh muscles—to see which works better for preventing groin injuries in young soccer players. 42 healthy boys aged 12 to 16 did either a static (holding still) or a moving version of the exercise twice a week for 6 weeks. The goal was to measure changes in muscle strength, jumping, and sprinting ability.
