This study looked at how common groin pain is in teenage Taekwondo athletes (ages 12-17) and whether those with symptoms have weaker hips or less movement. Researchers tested 80 athletes with physical exams and strength measurements. The goal is to help coaches and doctors spot early signs of groin problems and create better prevention and rehab plans.
