This study checked how common groin pain is in teen taekwondo athletes (ages 12-17) and compared hip strength, flexibility, and function between those with and without symptoms. 80 athletes completed pain screenings, physical tests, and a questionnaire. The goal is to spot early signs of groin problems to help prevent injuries and improve training.
