Summary
This study tests whether a special training program for primary care doctors can help people with COPD take their medications more regularly. The training includes updated COPD guidelines, inhaler technique workshops, and motivational interviewing. Researchers will compare medication use and flare-ups among patients of trained doctors versus those receiving usual care over 12 months.
