Inclusion Criteria: Individuals diagnosed with COPD, * Aged 40-65 years, who volunteer to participate in the study, * Who do not have additional musculoskeletal disorders, neurological or cardiorespiratory problems, or respiratory failure (not using long-term home oxygen therapy or non-invasive mechanical ventilation) will be included.
