First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a pulmonary rehab program for COPD patients that meets only once a week is as good as one that meets three times a week. About 158 people with COPD will take part, doing supervised exercises plus home workouts for 8 weeks. The goal is to make rehab easier to fit into busy lives while still improving breathing and quality of life.
