First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at how blood vessels in the lungs of people with COPD change from rest to exercise. Researchers used MRI scans, a safe imaging method, to measure blood flow in 30 adults aged 40-70 with COPD. The goal was to better understand how the disease affects lung blood vessels, which could lead to improved treatments in the future.
