New inhalers tested to help COPD patients breathe easier during exercise
NCT ID NCT06067828
Summary
This completed Phase 3 study tested two combination inhalers against a placebo inhaler in 171 people with moderate-to-severe COPD who get short of breath during exercise. The goal was to see if the inhalers could help patients breathe better and exercise longer by reducing lung inflation. Participants tried each treatment in a random order over about 14 weeks.
