Summary
This study is testing whether a standard two-drug inhaler for COPD can improve not just breathing, but also heart function and overall quality of life. It will involve 80 adults newly diagnosed with moderate-to-severe COPD. Researchers will measure changes in exercise capacity, heart scans, and patient surveys after 12 weeks of treatment.
