First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares three different dual bronchodilator inhalers (Anoro, Ultibro, Spiolto) against a single bronchodilator (Spiriva) in 100 people with COPD. The goal is to see which treatment improves exercise endurance the most. Each participant will try all four treatments for 28 days, with a week off in between, and their lung function and exercise ability will be tested.
