Can a simple device help veterans with COPD breathe easier and stay active longer?

NCT ID NCT07404826

Summary

This study is testing whether a small breathing device can help Veterans with COPD get better results from their pulmonary rehab program. Researchers will compare the real device to a fake one to see if it helps people improve their shortness of breath, walking ability, and quality of life faster, and if the benefits last longer after rehab ends. The study will follow 120 participants for up to a year.
