NCT ID NCT07045948
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 38 times
Summary
This study follows 100 people with COPD for one year to see how airway inflammation, lung function, and symptoms change over time. Researchers use a simple breath test (FeNO) and a small blood sample to measure inflammation. Participants attend three routine visits—at the start, 6 months, and 12 months—and their standard care is not affected. The goal is to understand how these markers differ between people who have flare-ups and those who stay stable.
