Summary

This pilot study tests a mobile app called Respir'air BPCO designed to help people with COPD stay physically active after completing a pulmonary rehabilitation program. About 50 participants will either use the app plus usual care or just usual care alone. Researchers will check if the app is easy to use, acceptable, and whether it helps improve activity levels, self-management, and quality of life over 6 months.
