New drug combo offers hope for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, can help people with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatments. About 48 adults will take part. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear.
