New drug targets hard-to-treat cancers with PTEN loss

Summary
This study tests whether the drug copanlisib can shrink or stop the growth of cancers that have lost a protein called PTEN. About 22 adults with various advanced solid tumors will receive the drug. The goal is to see if blocking certain enzymes can control the disease.
