Summary
This study tests a drug called copanlisib in 22 adults with various cancers that have lost a protein called PTEN. The drug works by blocking enzymes that help cancer cells grow and survive. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing for at least 6 months.
