Summary
This early-stage trial tests two drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, in adults with mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to prior treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the combination shrinks tumors. Only 8 participants were enrolled, so results are preliminary.
