New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, copanlisib and venetoclax, in adults with mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs shrink tumors. Eight participants are enrolled in this early-stage trial.
