First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread and has already been treated once. It tests a combination of three drugs (ramucirumab, nal-IRI, and trifluridine/tipiracil) to see if they can shrink tumors and help people live longer. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and participants will continue treatment as long as it works.
