No-Needle MRI could spot breast cancer safer and faster

Summary
This study looks at whether a special MRI scan that does not use contrast dye can accurately find breast disease. About 1,030 women at risk or with suspected breast issues will be scanned. The goal is to see if this safer, dye-free method works as well as standard care.
