Can a simple huddle stop hidden head injuries in Kids' soccer?

NCT ID NCT06864611

Summary

This study is testing whether holding a brief 'safety huddle' before youth soccer games helps players recognize and report possible concussion symptoms. It involves about 2,000 children aged 9-13 and their coaches across 16 youth soccer leagues in four states. Half the leagues will use these pre-game huddles, while the other half continue with standard concussion education, to see which approach leads to better concussion reporting.
