Summary

This study looks at how increasing or decreasing physical activity changes the way your body works. Researchers will ask 40 adults aged 50-65 to either become more active or less active for several months. They will measure fitness, muscle strength, brain function, and take samples to understand the effects. The goal is to learn more about how activity and inactivity impact health, not to test a new treatment.
