First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is for people with a type of advanced lung cancer (non-small cell) that cannot be treated with surgery or standard chemo-radiation. It tests adding experimental drugs that block DNA repair to standard radiation therapy, followed by a year of immunotherapy (durvalumab). The main goal is to find the safest dose of these drug combinations and check for side effects over about 13 months. Around 200 participants will take part across multiple centers.
