Summary
This study tested a computer program that helps primary care doctors identify and treat patients with opioid use disorder. Over 10,000 adults from 30 clinics took part. The tool gave personalized treatment suggestions based on each patient's health records. The goal was to see if it leads to more diagnoses, more naloxone prescriptions, and more treatment referrals.
