This study collects information on how well a shoulder implant works over time in people with arthritis, bone death, or other shoulder problems. About 194 participants will be followed for up to 10 years to see how long the implant lasts and how much it improves pain and shoulder function. The goal is to help doctors and the company understand the implant's real-world safety and performance.
