Summary

This study tested a new approach to caring for people with multiple chronic conditions (multimorbidity) in general practice. The intervention included longer consultations with a GP, video conferences with specialists, and tools to help organize care. Over 117,000 adults in Denmark took part. The goal was to see if this approach improves quality of life and reduces the burden of managing multiple health problems.
