What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

compassionate care training program based on Watson's Human Caring Model, delivered via video-supported teaching and case analysis

What this could lead to

If successful, this training could become a standard way to boost compassion and care quality among nurses, improving patient experience.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage study with only 60 nurses, so results may not apply broadly. The training's effect on actual patient outcomes is not measured.
