Summary
This study compared two surgical techniques to fix uterine or vaginal prolapse: sacrospinous ligament fixation (SSLF) and ischial spine fascia fixation (ISFF). Researchers wanted to see which method works better and improves quality of life more. The study included 76 women aged 40-65 with moderate to severe prolapse. Results will help doctors choose the best approach for each patient.
